Follow these steps to become a vendor at our Festival
Step 1: Fill out the vendors’ registration form below.
Step 2: Download the vendors’ rules contract.
Step 3: Mail us the signed copy of the Vendors’ rules contract and a cheque for the full amount of payment. Address and payment instructions are in Section B of the Vendors agreement form. Please note that only signed and returned copies of contract with full payment will be considered.

Arts and Crafts, Business Companies
$500 (10×10) Early Registration (By July 15)
$600 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
Food Vendors:
$1,200 (10×10) Early Registration (By July 15)
$1,300 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
** $300 Mandatory, Refundable Clean Up Deposit
*** MAPAQ Permit, Wooden floor, Hot water washing station, Fire extinguisher, Liability insurance.
Non Profit Organizations :
$150 (10×10) Early Registration (By July 15)
$250 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
Rental Extras:
Tent (10×10) – $350
Table (1) and chairs(2) – $60
Electricity for Each connection (1) – $110
Set Up:
Friday, September 6: 2pm to 9pm
Festival Day:
Saturday, September 7: 11 am to 10pm
*Arts & Crafts, Food : All With Staffed Kiosks
Take Down:
Sunday, September 8: 9 am to 5pm
Application Deadline:
Early Registration ON or BEFORE July 15th, 2024
Late Registration from July 16th to August 1st 2024
Please be advised that the Montreal Ukrainian Festival Committee, Reserves the right to assign a booth location based:
- On the availability and compliance with city regulations
- And what it deems best suits the overall presentation and logistics of the Festival and other vendors.
