Accessibility: The event is fully wheelchair accessible, and we are committed to providing a welcoming experience for all attendees.

 

Pets: To ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, only service animals with a valid service animal certificate are permitted on site.

 

Parking: Limited parking lot spaces are available at the festival site. However, street parking is available in the surrounding area. We strongly recommend using public transit or carpooling.

 

Public Transit: Convenient public transit options are available for reaching the festival. The following transit lines have routes that pass nearby: Bus 186, 187, and 26; Metro: Green line.

 

Location: The festival is located at 4601 Sherbrooke E., in front of the main chalet. You can find us on the Sherbrooke side between Viau & Pie IX, directly across from the Olympic Stadium.

 

Food: Enjoy a variety of delicious food and drinks available for purchase onsite. Indulge in the culinary delights that our vendors have to offer.

 

Entrance Fee: There is no fee to enter the park and enjoy the festival. However, as a non-profit event, we greatly appreciate any donations you can offer to support our cause and the festival’s success. Donations can be made here.

 

Onsite Payment: Both cash and credit (tap) payments are accepted at all festival-run stalls. However, please note that not all vendors onsite accept credit. 

 

Safety: We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Please note the following guidelines:

– No outside alcohol is allowed.

– Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not allowed within the festival premises.

– No drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

– Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

– For security purposes, large bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
