$600 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
Food Vendors:
$1,200 (10×10) Early Registration (By July 15)
$1,300 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
** $300 Mandatory, Refundable Clean Up Deposit
*** MAPAQ Permit, Wooden floor, Hot water washing station, Fire extinguisher, Liability insurance. ARCHES are NOT permitted.
Non Profit Organizations :
$150 (10×10) Early Registration (By July 15)
$250 (10×10) Late Registration (Aug 1)
Rental Extras:
Tent (10×10) – $350
Table (1) and chairs(2) – $60
Electricity for Each connection (1) – $110
Set Up:
Friday, September 5: 2pm to 9pm
Festival Day:
Saturday, September 6: 11am to 10pm
*Arts & Crafts, Food : All With Staffed Kiosks
Take Down:
Sunday, September 7: 9am to 5pm
Application Deadline:
Early Registration ON or BEFORE July 15th, 2025
Late Registration from July 16th to August 1st 2025
Please be advised that the Montreal Ukrainian Festival Committee, Reserves the right to assign a booth location based:
- On the availability and compliance with city regulations
- And what it deems best suits the overall presentation and logistics of the Festival and other vendors.
